Position Title: Commercial Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Supervisor to manage and coordinate our daily business support operations in Pakistan. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication across departments, handling commercial documentation, supporting logistics, and managing inventory operations.


Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage customer information, opportunity tracking, and support sales documentation.
2.Provide daily support and maintenance for the CRM system.
3.Draft, edit, and archive various business documents including contracts, quotations, and meeting minutes.
4.Coordinate and participate in internal meetings related to sales, delivery, and production.
5.Handle import documentation, verify and process shipping-related bills and records.
6.Prepare and manage delivery orders, purchase orders, and bills of lading. Ensure accurate data entry and filing.
7.Track delivery status of each shipment and compile relevant data.
8.Communicate with freight forwarders for customs clearance, container loading, and warehouse delivery.
9.Coordinate closely with sales reps, clients, factory, and freight agents to ensure timely execution.
10.Manage warehouse inventory in Pakistan and provide regular updates to the team.


Cross-functional Collaboration:
1.Sales Team: Customer registration, opportunity approval, delivery coordination
2.Factory & Supply Chain: Document collection, production status updates, shipping schedules
3.Clients & Forwarders: Contract alignment, shipping coordination, payment status


Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
2.Experience: Minimum 5 years in business operations, commercial coordination, or supply chain support
3.Skills:Proficient in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems;  Familiar with import/export documentation; Knowledge of basic financial and logistic processes; Strong written and verbal communication; Detail-oriented with excellent coordination ability
4.Personal Attributes: Responsible, reliable, and discreet with sensitive business data; Strong sense of ownership and teamwork; Patient and meticulous in managing paperwork and timelines

Job Title: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare and review financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement.
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis reports to support strategic decision-making.
Review accounting vouchers and ledger entries to ensure alignment between financial records and actual data.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the preparation of the annual budget, rolling monthly forecasts, and budget variance analysis.
Monitor budget execution, analyze deviations, and provide actionable recommendations.
3. Taxation & Compliance
Supervise timely and accurate filing of VAT, income tax, and other relevant statutory taxes.
Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities to handle audits and tax inspections.
Participate in tax planning initiatives to legally minimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance.
4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Manage company cash flow and banking relationships to optimize liquidity.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and treasury reports.
Support financing activities, including loans and credit arrangements.

Requirements:
1.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2.At least 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years focused on taxation and compliance.
3.In-depth knowledge of Pakistani accounting standards and tax regulations, including FBR requirements.
4.Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
5.Proficient in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
6.Strong analytical, communication skills.
7.Fluent in English.

Job Requirements:

4.High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
5.Priority will be given to candidates with sales experience in photovoltaic inverters, solar modules, or energy storage systems. However, candidates with a solid track record in sales from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
