Job Title: Technical Support Engineer–Energy Storage Systems

Key Responsibilities:

1.Technical Training (Internal & External):

Organize and deliver technical training sessions on company products, including inverters, lithium batteries, and other related systems, to internal teams, clients, and partners.

2.After-Sales Technical Service:

Provide after-sales support for inverters, lithium batteries, and other related systems, including troubleshooting, on-site or remote diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues.

3.Customer Communication:

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions; build long-term trust-based relationships.

4.Data Analysis & Reporting:

Collect, organize, and analyze service data to identify recurring issues, support product improvements, and optimize service processes.

 

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Storage Technology, or a related field.

2.At least 3 years of technical experience in the solar/PV industry, or system design experience in PV engineering.

3.Hands-on after-sales experience with inverters or lithium battery systems.

4.Fluent in English – strong command of spoken and written English for daily technical communication and reporting.

5.Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.

6.Problem-solving and crisis management ability to address technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

Oversee the company’s recruitment efforts in Pakistan. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies based on departmental needs;

Expand and manage diversified recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, campus recruitment, and headhunter partnerships;

Take full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, offer issuance, and onboarding procedures;

2. HR System Development & Compliance Management

Continuously evaluate and adjust recruitment plans to ensure alignment with actual organizational needs.

5. Performance Management

Assist in designing and implementing a performance evaluation system with clear KPIs and fair assessment criteria;

Organize and monitor performance appraisal processes and collect feedback for use in compensation adjustment, promotion, and development planning;

Support employees through performance coaching and improvement plans to facilitate mutual growth for both the individual and the organization.

 

Requirements:

Education: Master’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Labor Law, or a related field;

Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager;

 

Professional Skills:
